Aviation Minster Stella Oduah is in Israel where she went to meet up President Jonathan to explain her role in the controversial BMW car deal and also take part in the signing of the Bilateral Air Services Agreement with Israel. But according to new reports, the president has not merely refused to see Stella Oduah, he's also keeping her from the signing ceremony that may hold today in Israel.

President Jonathan is said to be uncomfortable with people outrage surrounding the minister and he doesn't want it to appear like he's condoning corruption, especially since he's created a committee to probe the minister. Meanwhile, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) said recently that they don't have any documents concerning the controversial bulletproof cars it bought for the Minister.
