Whilst alot of Nigerians see port belly as a symbol of wellness and wealth, but unsurprising pot belly is a very serious medical condition that can lead to several bad situations and at worst death. Please share your experiences with pot belly, it could be useful for someone here.

    Go and do some serious exercises while your doing it learn to eat healthy as well. those fat in your belly is due to undigested fat from all the unhealthy food you have been eating since the day your wear born.
