 Judging by the newest photos of Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Bruce Jenner, his rumored s3x-change operations might actually be true.  New photos have surfaced on the top of the clan, together with his hair longer and his chest sporting breast-like protrusions. It is also rumored that Bruce also shaved his Adam apple, a procedure typically done on patients that are in the first stage of gender reassignment.
 The topic is a taboo in the Kardashian household, as reps say nobody ever discusses it and it won't be featured on the reality show.
