Angelina Jolie reveals she had double mastectomy to prevent breast cancer

The 37 year old actress and mother of six wrote an article in the New York Times today May 14th revealing she underwent a double mastectomy earlier this year after a blood test showed she was genetically susceptible to cancer. Doctors told her she had an 87% risk of getting breast cancer. Her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, died at the age of 56 after battling with cancer for almost a decade.

Mastectomy is the medical term for the surgical removal of one or both breasts, partially or completely.

Angelina Jolie said she went through a series of medical procedures from February till April 2013 to have her breasts removed and then reconstructed. And she says Brad Pitt stood by her side every step of the way. Read Angelina's article NY Times article after the Break.

Men: 'I'm single and dating' means Double Dating ?

 I don't understand what 'I'm single and dating' means'. When asked by Toolz in The Juice interview if he was dating, Banky W said, "I'm still very much single" and then he added. "I'm single and dating."
I know a lot of guys understand what he means by that, so please explain to us ladies. I'm thinking he means he doesn't have an official girlfriend or anyone he's serious with, but has a woman/women he takes out and chops any how...lol. I don't have a girlfriend but I get my groove-on on a regular basis. Is that what single and dating means? And are some women OK with being in situations like this?

Canadian-Jewish rapper Drake has every reason to celebrate as sales of his sophomore effort, ”Take Care”. recently surpassed the two million unit mark.

This earns the confessional pop effort a double platinum plaque, which in recent times is a pretty commendable effort! Also, his latest single “Started From The Bottom” has reached the million copies landmark hence, also getting it a platinum plaque!

Chris Brown Double Dating ?

These two will soon give me a migraine. Are they or are they not? Yes, it's my business to mind their business...lol. So are Rihanna and Chris Brown hinting they are not done yet? Just two days after posting on her Instagram page that she was single, Rihanna is singing a different tune.   Yesterday Chris Brown Tweeted, then quickly deleted, a picture of himself and Rihanna (pictured above on the left) with the caption - Always started with Breezy like the Letter B and last night Rihanna did the same thing, only she didn't delete her picture. She posted a photo of their hands entwined with the caption - throw back to last Thursday. Ha! I need paracetamol! :-)
