5 Habits That Can Make You Get Fat!

HABIT 1: POOR PREPARATION
Boy Scouts and healthy eaters have the same motto: Be prepared. Having a refrigerator and pantry stocked with the right foods — lean proteins, whole-grain carbohydrates, fruits, non starch vegetables and healthy fats — means you’ll be prepared to eat what you should when you should. Similarly, entering a restaurant armed with a plan will keep you on the right track when dining out.
HABIT 2: NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER
Drinking the right amount of water promotes overall health, from skin, bones and joints to the digestive system, memory and brain function.
Fatigue is one of the first signs of mild dehydration. A lot of people mis – interpret that sluggish feeling as hunger, and they eat to boost energy.

Artist Put his heart, soul and fat into Making 20 bars Of Soap.

Miami-based performance artist Orestes de la Paz has put his heart, soul and fat into 20 bars of special soap made with his liposuctioned blubber. The bars of human soap are available for purchase and priced at $1,000.
Orestes de la Paz underwent a liposuction procedure in December of last year, and decided to turn the removed fat into soap to prevent it from going rancid. He came up with the idea for his  art thesis after realizing that “clients are willing to try anything to feel and look beautiful, even to the extent of buying products with human elements in them (stem cells, placenta, semen; you name it, it’s out there.)” Working as a hairstylist and make-up artist, Orestes loves combining the worlds of art and beauty together, so the unusual project sort of made sense to him.

What No One Ever Says About The Fat Lady

Obesity is an epidemic. We see it all over the news: Overweight people with their heads cut off walking down the street. Fat kids with faces blurred just enough to maybe protect their identity, but not enough to tell if they are actively eating food. You see, we need to see that. We need to be told that this is what fat looks like, and oh, isn't it gross.
Because I swear to God, that is the only way any of us can possibly justify the way we treat and approach obese people. I'm not here to talk about the effects of obesity on health, because I don't know the state of your health, and you sure as hell don't know mine. But, I do want to give my totally honest and personal opinion on how we need to treat weight in this country.
