IFA priests throughout the Nation gathered yesterday in Ibadan and collectively agreed that the Boko Haram insurgency in the country is due to Christianity and Islamic religion.

The Ifa Priests originated in all numerous tribes including Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Edo and others also said they'll also pray for the abducted Chibok girls to gain back their freedom.

Charity Uzoechina, the daughter of Pastor Raymond Uzoechina of the Redeemed Christian Church of God who dumped Christianity for Islamic faith in Feb. 2013 is set to tie the knot, Premium times reports.

 

Her marriage announcement was made known by the Executive Director of Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, Ishaq Akintola, whose organization has kept tab on the convert for months. 

 

In accordance with reports, Charity who has since changed her name to Aishat gets married to the Islamic lawyer, Barrister Tijani, who handled her case during her conversion.

Nollywood actress, Liz Da Silva who gave birth some weeks back has converted to Islam.

The Togo-born actress who converted from Christianity to Islam after her childbirth did her Islamic name change (WonkCeremony) after which she changed her name to Aishat Olaoye. The actress said she preferred to be called Aishat instead of her former Christian name.

“In case you want to know I have a good relationship with my baby’s father and that is why I had to convert to Muslim and got a new name Aishat before they baby was named. I am a Christian, but I had to convert to Islam because of my baby,” Liz Da Silva revealed in a recent interview.

Insiders revealed that the actress has secretly disclosed that the man who impregnated her is one Alhaji Olaoye, a close friend to popular Oshodi transport boss MC Oluomo.

Superstar Janet Jackson is reportedly quitting the entertainment industry and is going to leave the country to become a Muslim.

Rob Shuter tells reporters that Jackson is moving to the Middle East and is converting to Islam.

Shuter says that since she married billionaire Wissam Al Mana, she has tired of the grueling entertainment industry. The pair got married last year in a very private ceremony, according to Shuter, and they want to live a private life away from the paparazzi.

Al Mana, a Qatar native, is involved in his family's controlled Middle-East-based Al Mana Retail Group.

This is Jackson's third marriage. It should be noted that since her brèast was exposed at the super bowl she hasnt been able to redeem her career and it has been downhill for her music and tv shows ever since
