 I recently received new reports that Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria winner, Iheoma Nnadi lied about her age.  Iheoma Nnadi initially claimed to be 19 on her Silverbird profile.  Reports begun to fizzle in after the aforementioned photo was available on Instagram account, which she said she took 7 years ago.  Well that certainly isn't a 12-year old. Or could it be.

Bizarre: Meet the woman who asked doctors to damage her spinal cord to fulfill her desire of using a wheelchair

 Gosh, you hear of some stories and you can’t help but wonder why? A Cambridge University educated research scientist is so desperate to live the life of a wheelchair-bound person she is prepared to pay a doctor help her become disabled.  She wears leg braces and uses a wheelchair, even though her legs are healthy.

Chloe spends most of her time in a wheelchair, but has to get out for various household tasks and walk down the steps to her car.

Since childhood, Chloe Jennings-White has made several attempts at injuring herself so she can finally climb into her own wheelchair. In 2010 she even found a doctor overseas willing to help her become disabled by cutting her sciatic and femoral nerves, but she could not afford the £16,000 costs.  ‘I might never be able to afford it, but I know, truly and deeply, I won’t regret it if I ever can,’ she said.

Fuuuu!!! Girls Give Out cakes Baked Using Urine

Two teenagers are in trouble for urinating in a container and using it to bake cupcakes, then serving it to their classmates.  The teenagers, from Enrico Fermi high school in Connecticut, could be facing criminal charges after they brought cupcakes to school and handed it out to students, while eating some themselves.  “They gave cupcakes to students who they don’t like," a student from the high school said.  Thankfully, no one needed medical attention as a result of the secret ingredient. But many of the students were “feeling sick” after learning that the cupcake they so graciously received two days in a row, was contaminated with urine.  The truth was revealed after one of the girls who baked the cupcakes told her friend about the secret ingredient. That friend decided that she had to warn the other students. She let everyone know to stay away from the cupcakes.  Some parents are calling for the two girls to be expelled from school. Police are investigating the incident and charges might be filed. WFSB 3 Connecticut

Mother Beats 8-Year-Old Daughter To Death Using A Wooden Plank

A middle aged mother is in police custody for charges of battering her daughter to death. The woman is said to have beaten her daughter because of taking photos to school without her permission. According to the area chief Patrick Lumumba, the 8 year old girl who was a nursery school pupil at Nyakweri Primary School had taken the photos to school and her mother realized that the photos were missing.  After she reported back home in the evening, her mother took a wooden plunk and beat her severely. However she escaped and returned a few minutes later and collapsed at the kitchen.  Neighbor’s who saw the incident occur stormed into the house and found the girl laying dead at the kitchen. They arrested the woman and handed her over to authorities in the area. 

The girl’s body was taken to a mortuary in the area.

"Stop Using Military Choppers Like Taxis" – Senate

Senators Olubunmi Adetunmbi (ACN, Ekiti North), Ganiyu Solomon (ACN, Lagos) Babafemi Ojudu (ACN, Ekiti) and Uche Chukwumerije (PDP, Abia) queried why the crashed chopper meant for naval training was used as a shuttle bus for the burial of the father of a presidential aide, Oronto Doglas.

It is to be recalled that Saturday's helicopter crash killed the former Kaduna State governor, Patrick Yakowa; former National Security Adviser, Andrew Azazi and their aides.Deputy Senate Leader Abdul Ningi said, "It is worrisome that in this country military choppers are used indiscriminately like taxis for social events. We must bring out a standard framework of how to use military helicopters."

The senate resolved to mandate Navy, Air Force and Aviation committees to investigate the frequency of air mishaps in the country.
