Cop Jumps Off Bridge To Avoid Being Hit By Own Car



When Kenneth Lewis and his partner made a routine traffic stop on a Texas bridge on Friday, they had no idea that the real danger would come from other cars behind them—including their own.
Dash cam video obtained by KHOU shows the officers’ patrol car barreling toward them, forcing Lewis to leap over the side of the bridge. He fell 30 feet to the rocks by the side of the Flat Bank Bayou.
Of course, the patrol car didn’t move on its own. It was struck from behind by another car, driven by an allegedly drunk woman.

Mile 2 under-bridge: Where victims are raped, robbed



The relative sanity and peace that had existed at the Maza-maza end of Mile 2 under bridge, in Amuwo Odofin Local Govern¬ment Area of Lagos State may soon fizzle out, if the army of homeless miscreants that have recently taken refuge there is not urgently checked. Gradually, people have started falling victims to the boys, who hibernate under the bridge during the day time, only to emerge at night to attack their victims and melt into the dark.

Kanye West's Yeezus album Hits falling Like London Bridge !!!



Kanye West's new album Yeezus made history this week but not in a good way...at least not in a way Kanye would have liked! :-)  The album holds the crown for the fourth biggest drop in second week sales for a #1 debut album since Sound Scan started keeping track in 1991.  Kanye released the new album with no pre-sales, no singles and no videos. And even though it debuted at No.1 with 327,000 in sales, it quickly slipped to No.3 the following week, falling by 80%.

Governor Fashola builds first suspension bridge in Nigeria



Lagos State Governor, Babatunde has finished building the first suspension bridge in Nigeria. The 1.358kmbridge, which will link Ikoyi (Alexander Street) to Lekki (Admiralty Way), cost about N29 billion to build and a toll will be collected to recoup the investment. The link bridge was built by Julius Berger.
