Tragedy at Yenagoa red light district: Ritualists plucked Prostitute's Eyes Out After Having S3x With Her In Bayelsa

A lady sex worker was brutally attacked by the alleged ritualists in Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital.

The offenders are supposed to be ritualists as during the assault on the prostitute they plucked her eyes out. It had been gathered that besides the victim two more s3x workers were offered N30,000 each for their services but only the unnamed woman was tempted by easy money.

The victim who's the resident of Akwa Ibom State was working at Yenagoa red light district called Good Evening Street on Hospital Road in downtown Yenagoa, when three men in SUV appeared and wanted to take a ride with them.

32 year old Afusat Saliu (pictured right) has been deported from the UK after a plan to help keep her in the country failed. There was a plan against her deportation on the grounds that her two daughters, 4 and 2 (pictured above) face the chance of female genital mutilation in Nigeria.

Afusat had fled Nigeria in 2011, claiming her stepmother had threatened to circumcise her first daughter. She was pregnant again at the time and claimed she feared her second daughter would also be afflicted by FGM.

Auto dealer excretes 52 wraps of cocaine

36 year old Imo-state born Anabaronye Ken, an auto parts dealer based  in Lagos has been arrested by National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officials after he excreted 52 wraps of cocaine at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos. He was arrested as he was going to board a flight to France en route Milan, Italy. It took Ken four days to excrete all the drugs from his system, Punch reports

 

When interrogated, Ken said he went into the business enterprise to better life living of his family and prayed he be released on time so he can witness the birth of his unborn child as his pregnant wife is set to give birth soon.

If you're a woman and you're wearing trousers, do not attempt to pass through The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Camp Ground in Magboro, on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State. 

According to Punch the church has started a 'strict enforcement' of its law against women putting on trousers and passing through the camp ground this week.

Some women, who were on their way to the Ecobank in the Prayer City on Monday recounted their experiences in the hands of the security men at the main gate of the camp.

They wondered why the church must “embarrass” women, who were on their way to a “bank and not the church auditorium. One of them, who spoke to a Punch correspondent on condition of anonymity on Monday, said, “See the loose trousers that I’m putting on. How does this offend anybody? You can imagine the embarrassment that I was subjected to at the gate on my way here (bank).

Omokoh Orowo Jesse, the Nigerian guy who was arrested for allegedly scamming 67year old Australian grandmother, Jette Jacobs of $90,000, who was later found dead in her hotel in South Africa, was today June 4th arraigned before an Oyo State High Court, Ibadan, on a 9-count charge bordering on conspiracy and obtaining money by false pretense. 

Jette, who had met Jesse on an online dating site, was found dead in her hotel room in February 2013 five days after meeting with Jesse. Jesse disappeared after her death but was caught almost a year after in Lagos in a raid. Jesse is currently not being held for her death. Continue...

A popular  Ghanaian spiritualist named Kwaku Bonsam (pictured above) claims he's responsible for Cristiano Ronaldo's injury. Last week, the Portuguese striker was identified as having tendonitis in his left kneecap area, he also has a muscle problem in his left thigh.

Justice Ayo Emmanuel of the Federal High Judge in Ibadan on Thursday awarded bail to Jhoun Jun, a Asian valuable rock seller, who presumably defrauded some Nigerians of N50.5 million. In his ruling, the judge held that bail was the constitutional right of everyone provided that the offence was bailable.

“As far as I am concerned, if the accused wanted to run away since 2011, she would have done so.

“I grant her bail in the sum of N2 million and two reliable sureties in like sum.
