The man managed to seize the distraught person as she hung on the fourth ground balcony in Changjiang, southern China's
Hainan Island. Based on the woman's husband these were arguing when his wife instantly went to leap from the balcony.

He
rushed forward and surely could seize her legs – leaving her
dangling on the decline under with her trousers half taken off. He managed to hold onto her for twenty minutes while disaster companies arrived. When firefighters came grabbed the hands on the woman and helped to draw her back to safety. The lady was then comforted by worried family and buddies in the staircase before being taken to hospital.
