Chris Brown's probation revoked, but wasn't taken in to custody

A judge in LA yesterday revoked Chris Brown's probation after the L.A County District Attorney filed legal documents asking the judge to revoke it and immediately remand Chris Brown into custody, according to a report by TMZ. The D.A asked for the revocation based on charges being filed against Brown in connection with a hit-and-run in May but fortunately for Chris Brown, even though his probation was revoked, he wasn't taken into custody, which is sometimes the case.

TMZ reports:

The judge just revoked Chris Brown's probation in the Rihanna beating case, but the singer will remain a free man ... for now.

Brown showed up at court today to fight the L.A. County D.A.'s motion to revoke his probation in the wake of hit-and-run charges stemming from a car accident but the judge granted the motion anyway, paving the way for a probation violation hearing in August.

If the judge determines Chris violated his probation, the singer could be sentenced to 4 years in prison. In the meantime, Brown has been released on his own recognizance.

Few months back, the internet was agog with news that Banky W and Andrea Manuela Giaccaglia are a couple. At previous events including the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards and Tiwa Savage’s album listening party, they have been careful not to be snapped together. But on Thursday 4th July 2013 at the Chivas Top 100 Men in Nigeria event held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Banky W and Andrea were all smiles as they made their first appearance as a couple.

According to Stella Dimokokorkus. “Her name is Delphine and she worships God in another popular church in Lagos. She just got a brand new car love gift from her pastor friend and the word got out. In this photo(below), those who know the pastor’s house in and out, please look at the curtains very well and you will know who I mean, keep starring at the pink curtains! Karrueche Tran is not impressed with Rihanna. The singer appeared to be trying to diss her ex Chris Brown when she appeared in a video on Instagram of her twerking to a Drake song, and Karrueche simply thinks that her love  rival RiRi lacks taste and wants attention. Karrueche, 25, does not care for Rihanna’s sexy twerking because she thinks there was “no reason for all that.”  “Karrueche doesn’t really talk about Rihanna but she has seen her Twerk video and couldn’t believe it,” source close to the model EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. “From her perspective, it wasn’t tasteful at all. Chris Brown takes to Twitter after being charged with hit and run

Two criminal charges has been filed against Chris Brown by L.A City Attorney, in connection with a minor accident last month where he rear-ended a Mercedes and allegedly refused to exchange proper information with the other driver. (Scene above). They are also charging him wth the crime of driving without a valid license. The crimes are punishable by a maximum of 6 months in jail for each offense.

Chris Brown is being accused of assaulting a female inside a night club, sending the woman to the hospital. According to TMZ, 24-year-old woman, Deanna Gines, is claiming she was in VIP with Chris Brown in an Orange County nightclub after his show in Anaheim. When the bar was about to close, Deanna (pictured above) claims Chris Brown roughly shoved her to the ground. She told TMZ that the shove was deliberate and she fell hard on her knees. 

Deanna was taken to the hospital and treated for torn ligaments in her right knee that may require surgery. A police report has been filed and an investigation has been opened.

Chris Brown has denied any wrong doing, Tweeting "I didn't do anything".

According to celebrity entertainment site, Hollywood Life, Chris Brown wants the duet he made with Rihanna back when they were still together cut from his upcoming sixth studio album, X. Rihanna and Chris collaborated on a song titled Put It Up, that was set to appear on the album but not any more as Chris wants it removed and wouldn’t allow the album to be released unless his label removes the song. Record execs are still hoping to convince Chris or pay him more to change his mind because it would be a hit. So far he is said to be adamant.
X is scheduled to be released July 16.

Karrueche Tran flaunted her toned body in a black bikini on Saturday before hosting a party at a Florida club. The 25-year-old model and fashion designer wore a two-piece bathing suit that showed off her fit body.

Tran also revealed a tattoo which looked like a zip about to be opened from beneath her thighs downwards. She also has some other interesting looking inks on other parts of her body just like her partner, Brown. What do you think about it? Is it cool or what?

Chris Brown is under criminal battery investigation. Remember that brawl between Chris and Frank Ocean last January outside a recording studio?  Law enforcement revealed shortly after the incident the case was closed, but it has been found out that's not the case. It was learned the L.A. County D.A.'s Office has an active file and is deciding whether to prosecute Brown for battery. It's interesting ... because Ocean never formally pressed charges.  Nonetheless ... the case is under review. It's possible the Brown/Ocean incident could come up today at Brown's probation review hearing.  Brown is supposed to be in court, and the judge could raise the issue because Chris was ordered to obey all laws.
Meanwhile, Brown is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run.

Insiders say Rihanna is not taking Chris Brown's reconciliation with ex- Karrueche Tran too well.

A source close to the 25-year-old star told the Belfast Telegraph newspaper: "Pals have told Rihanna not to get upset about Chris and Karrueche. They think the best revenge would be living well and looking good, but so far Rihanna's answer has been to party the pain away.

"It's understandable that she'd want to escape her feelings on this but she's taking it way too far. Everyone around her wants her to get some help -- they're genuinely worried about her.
