There were reports lately that actor Saidi Balogun had drawn his ex- wife actor Fathia Balogun to court over the utilization of his surname, Balogun, insisting that she stops using it. Saidi rejected the report in a statement he delivered to the press (Find that HERE).


Fathia is currently accusing him of lying to the media, because according to her, he indeed dragged her to judge over the use of the name. Below is a report released by her publicist, Seun Oloketuyi

I would be glad if my personal life can be kept out from the public eye. In case a “news story” begins with the phrase “Based on unconfirmed reports,” and the affected stakeholders didn't confirm such reports, could the be story really newsworthy?
