FULL UPDATE! Abiola's Family Fighting Over Babangida's Money
Following revelations by one of the brothers of the late MKO Abiola, Alhaji Mubashiru Abiola that former military Head of State, Gen Ibrahim Babangida has been the one sustaining the family since the death of the acclaimed winner of the June 12 1993 presidential election, the head of Abiola family, Chief Mohammed Murtala Abiola has described the claim as total falsehood.
Speaking at his residence in Abeokuta, Ogun State, the Abiola family head who claimed that he is not aware of any monetary support from Babangida, stated that:
“If there is any money that IBB brought, it is not to my knowledge. I heard he (Mubashiru) frequents IBB’s residence in Minna to beg for money but he has never declared any money to the family. Even when Obasanjo was president, he gave the family money but Mubashiru said he went there on his own and so he didn’t give us a dime.

Two Girls Seriously Fighting After One Got Pregnant for the Other's Boyfriend
We got this from a fan who said these girls work in the same office and used to be good friends before they fell apart over a man, believed to be a bus conducted in Lagos. One of them has been dating the man for about a year, but trouble started when she got hint that her friend has been making some "hotel moves" with her man.
The situation however got out of hands when the 'real girlfriend' learnt from her colleagues that her friend was pregnant for her bus driver boyfriend....
The real girlfriend confronted the 'secret pregnant lover' and it turned out to be a free-for-all fight. My source said the two girls have been sacked. The guy has absconded with the lady who got pregnant for him, thus leaving his 'real girlfriend' to her fate.
The lady is now left without a job and no boyfriend... #WomenAndTheirWays

Sheik Gumi Explodes: Nigerian Govt Is Fighting Muslims By Sending Troops To Mali, Labels Ihejirika S
Prominent Islamic cleric, Sheik Ahmad Mahmoud Gumi has raised an eyebrow over the Nigerian government’s decision to send troops to fight on the side of France against so-called “Islamic terrorists” in Mali which he warns “…can seriously be dangerous for the nation and more so for the government.”
In a post Facebook post yesterday, the cleric argued that there was no justifiable reason to send troops.
In a post Facebook post yesterday, the cleric argued that there was no justifiable reason to send troops.
He wrote:
“Today Nigerian troops are committed in Mali to fight ‘Islamic terrorists’ without intellectually looking at the repercussion of such an adventure. We all know that the ‘War against terror’ which Islam also fights can easily be turned into war against Islam. There is a thin line between the two. And if caution is not taken, the situation can seriously be dangerous for the nation and more so for the government.
