A few days after Lil Wayne refused to properly apologize to the family of civil rights icon, Emmett Till (Google who ET was) for using his name to describe rough s-ex in a rap lyric, Mountain Dew has dropped him as one of their spokesperson.

The family of Emmett Till asked Lil Wayne for a public apology back in February after the remix for Future'sKarate Chop leaked online containing the lyric, "I'mma beat the p***y up like Emmett Till"

Lil Wayne ignored Till's family until earlier this week when they threatened to put pressure on Mountain Dew and Weezy's other sponsors to drop him.

According to TMZ, rapper Lil Wayne was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A on Tuesday night after suffering another seizure. He was treated and released yesterday morning.  Wayne then did a radio interview yesterday afternoon and explained he's an epileptic, and has been suffering from seizures since he was a kid.

Lil Wayne nearly died following his latest seizure.

The Lollipop hitmaker has confirmed he is epileptic and says his recent bout of attacks earlier this month nearly finished him off after his heart rate decreased to '30 per cent'.

Speaking to radio station Power 106, he said: '[I’m] prone to seizures. This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures, ya'll just never hear about them.

'But this time it got real bad 'cause I had three of them in a row and on the third one, my heart rate went down to like 30 per cent. Basically, I could've died.'

American rapper Lil Wayne, has revealed that he is epileptic and as as result, he is prone to seizures when he doesn’t have enough rest and overworks himself.

Speculations have blamed use of sizzurps for the 30-year-old’s constant health issues, but in a new interview, Wayne, whose new LP, I Am Not a Human Being II will be in stores on Tuesday, broke his silence on the issue.

Justin Bieber’s Calabasas mansion was the backdrop for a rager last week, where the beer was flowing and marijuana smoke was permeating the singer’s home … and the only thing missing was Justin.  The bash was thrown by none other than Lil Twist, the dude who was probably sent to destroy Bieber’s life-career. They were seen smoking pot earlier this year.

Sources say Twist and another friend — who were staying in the house while Justin was in Europe — invited 40 girls to the house on March 19. They also invited a few guys.

Lil Wayne has been discharged from the hospital six days after he was admitted in the Intensive Care Unit of the Cedars-Sinai Hospital in West Hollywood after suffering several massive seizures caused by a suspected drug overdose.

6:30 PM PT -- Sources at the hospital tell us Wayne is still in critical condition in the ICU ... but stabilizing. We're told the prognosis is uncertain.

Wayne is sleeping right now ... which is odd, because he just tweeted saying he's OK and thanking people for the prayers and love.

5:16 PM PT -- Wayne's mother is currently on a plane flying to Los Angeles -- and we're told all major decisions about Wayne's health (including the decision to discontinue life support) will not be made until she arrives.

It seems Lil Twist is set out to ruin Justin Bieber. He’s been bashing the teenage millionaire’s cars and rolling joints for him. Justin’s advisers just have to tell him to steer clear of Lil Twist who had yet another mishap with one of Bieb’s expensive cars.

The latest mishap TMZ say involves a hit and run. Lil Twist was driving Justin’s chromed-out Fisker Karma Tuesday, just after 6PM, when he crashed into cement poles protecting a wall at a San Fernando Valley liquor store … damaging the poles and badly damaging the front-end of the car.
