Errm.. this may sound silly but are guys of the Police Force perhaps not supposed to check thin, trim and prepared for activity? This Officer, nevertheless, doesn't seem like he can work the distance as small as one that separates an eye from the other. His pose is fairly hilarious as you can see him nearly bursting out of the uniform willing to stand at attention on its own.
