Until my guy start having problem with money, so it was a little problem to pay rent. And i said let me help you with some money, when everything will be alright you give me back. He said never, why will i take money from a girl, im a man. but later problem with money was more bigger so he dicided to take money from me. I was helping small, but im student and my parents not rich so I  cant give many.

Landlady Sues Dead Tenant Over Unpaid Rent

The Ejigbo Magistrate’s Court, Lagos State on Tuesday was dramatic when the court was told that the respondent in a civil matter had died before the suit was filed. The respondent, Bosun Felix Agunbiade, died eight years ago. Mrs. Funmilayo Oshinaike of 5, Araromi Street, Ejigbo, Lagos, landlady of the deceased Agunbiade dragged her dead tenant to the court to recover arrears of rent totalling N450, 000 and take possession of the apartment.
