We Are Robbing Because of What Lagos Government Did To Us –– Armed Robber Confesses



The Lagos State Police Command has arrested four notorious robbery suspects, saying they are notorious for the snatching of cars at gunpoint and reselling them to unsuspecting members of the public.
The suspects ─ Ismaila Kareem, Michael Adeagbo, Monday Patrick, and a fourth member who was said to be at large ─ were apprehended by the operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in their hideout on Emmanuel Street, Oko Filling in the Igando area of Lagos.

Armed Robbers On Power Bikes Attack Bullion Van In Lagos



Commercial activities at Ijora Badia, in the Apapa area of Lagos State, came to a halt on Wednesday when a group of policemen and armed robbers engaged in a gun duel.

It was said that the robbers started shooting sporadically into the air to scare motorists, attempting to escape in a rush with the bullion van. Their progress was said to have been slowed down by heavy traffic.

Terry G attacks or Attacked by Armed Robbers ?



Famous hip hop singer Terry G, also known as GZUS, was recently attacked by armed robbers on his way to performance.  Sources close to the singer revealed that Terry G was not harmed, but some of his valuables, including phones, money and jewellery among  others, were stolen.
“We tried to keep it secret, but we have to say it out now!
"GZUS was attacked on Sunday by heavily armed robbers on his way to an event, we thank God they just collected his valuables.
“Though they later recognized him, but they did not return the valuables. We thank God for life, protection and guidance,” the source said.

"How We carted Away ₦700m At Ikeja Airport" - 10 man gang robbers narrates.




IN February 2012, a gang of heavily armed robbers attacked the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja.  They carted away N700 million from a bureau de change operator. Each member, including the informant, a cart pusher at the airport, got N90million, an amount that could have turned their lives around. But barely one year after that operation, Felix Sunday, a.k.a. K-Money, a native of Delta State became broke and went back to robbery.

The 32 year old man, who is currently cooling off at the Specail Anti-Robbery Sqaud, SARS, Ikeja, narrated to Vanguard how he robbed with the notorious Southwest robbery czar, Abiodun Ogunjobi, a.k.a. Godogodo and how he lavished his N90million share of the loot. Excerpts.

Robbers visit Church, Kill One, Injure Two



Suspected armed robbers invaded Solid Mountain Prayer Ministry, Aco along Airport Road, Abuja, where they killed one member and injured two others. According to a police source, Pastor Victor Ajibishe of Solid Mountain Prayer Ministry, reported at a police station in Iddo that while they were having a night vigil in their church, some armed men invaded the building.

The pastor said the armed robbers broke the window of the secretary’s office and entered the church.
The pastors told the police that the armed robbers who used a pistol to shoot sporadically, injured three people while two were treated and discharged, the last person could not make it as he was confirmed dead at the hospital as a result of the serious gun shot injuries he sustained.

Armed robbers enter Delta Church, Snatch Church Offering Box During Sunday Service, Kill Worshipper





A five-man gang of armed robbers has raided a new generation church(name withheld) in Boji-Boji Owa, Ika North East of Delta State and snatched the church’s offering and abducted the security guard, leaving one person dead.


An eye witness said the robbers shot sporadically into the air to pave way for their operation in the church at about 10:30am during prayer session and ordered the worshippers to face the ground while their operation lasted.

Dana plane crash site now robbers’ Den



BARELY eight months after the Dana plane crash, in Ojokoro Local Council Development Area (LCDA), armed robbers have turned the crash site into a hideout.
Although the state government has barricaded site, rubble from the destroyed structures have not been removed and weeds have overgrown the once upon a residential area.
It will be recalled that over 153 persons died on June 3, 2012 when the ill-fated flight crashed into a two-storey building on 12 Olaniyi Street.
