Kudirat’s daughter, Hafsat may sue Al-Mustapha



A non-governmental organisation, Kudirat Initiative for Democracy may institute a civil legal action against Maj. Hamza Al-Mustapha, the former chief security officer to the late head of state who was set free by the Court of Appeal over the assassination of Kudirat Abiola, wife of the winner of the June 12, 1993 presidential election, Chief MK0 Abiola.
Al-Mustapha who had been sentenced to death on January 30, 2012, by a Lagos High Court over the murder of Kudirat was discharged and acquitted by the Appeal Court on Friday.
But KIND, which expressed “shock and disappointment” at the judgment, said in a statement on Saturday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital by its Executive Director, Amy Oyekunle, that it would obtain a copy of the judgment and commission a team of legal experts to study its details with a view to “determining whether a civil action is advisable at this point.”

#BBATheChase: Betty To Be Sued For Having $-exual Intercourse In Public



A group of lawyers in Addis Ababa finalized its preparations to sue Big Brother Africa’s 2013 contestant, Betty Abera for having s-éx in public.  According to a local radio show, Ethiopikalink, if she is convicted, Betty could potentially face up to six years behind bars.   Ethiopia’s Betty and Sierra Leon’s Bolt became the first couple to engage in a “s-éx act” in Big Brother Africa The Chase.  Social medias such as Facebook pages, including radio hosts in Ethiopia had been tirelessly condemning Betty’s very-open “hook up” on live television.

Mandela’s daughters to sue him over rights to property !!!





NELSON Mandela’s daughters are suing him for the rights to his artworks and control of his millions, it has been reported.  According to the Star on Monday, Zenani and Makaziwe Mandela intended fighting an order of Johannesburg High Court in April 2004, which gave Mandela the right to instruct Ismail Ayob, his then lawyer, to stop managing his financial, personal and legal affairs.

The order also barred Ayob from selling any of Mandela’s artworks.

Chris Brown and Drake Sue Each Other



Chris Brown and Drake are taking their feud to court. Brown and Drake have reportedly sued each other over the nightclub brawl that went down at New York City's W.i.P. last June, according to TMZ. Model Romain Julien allegedly filed a lawsuit in August against both R&B stars as well as the SoHo hotspot for injuries he claimed he sustained, TMZ reports. But neither Brown nor Drake is taking the blame and each is asking the judge to make the other pay damages in the event Julien wins his suit.
