This was made confusing once the Popular Yoruba actor, Tayo Babatunde Bernard popularly known as Baba Tee was recently a guest on popular TV station, TVC, and whilst answering questions, the thespian did the unthinkable by denying his wife on National TV. Fast-rising actor/comedian, Tayo Babatunde Bernard, popularly known as ‘Baba Tee’ in a recent interview speaks about his sojourn in the movie world and his marriage to top celebrity journalist, Yetunde Oduwole.

How did your romance with movie start?

It all started in 2007 while I was still in Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University, OOU). The English department used to have the Theatre Arts’ workshop then, and I happened to have friends there. During my leisure time, I used to join them for the workshops and that was where I developed the interest and I started acting along with them on stage. Then, I was also opportune to perform with the school’s Palm Wine Drinkards’ club. From there, the interest grew stronger and I had to move out to the real scene by joining the Actors’ Guild of Nigeria, AGN.

Tunde Adewale, a.k.a Tee A, the comedian, has been married to Kehinde, his wife for eight years. Known for his humour, the stand-up comedian also anchors a television talk show, Time out with Tee A. In this interview, they talk about their union

How long have you been married?

By May 19, our marriage will be eight years old.

How and when did you meet?

Tee A: We met in school, the University of Lagos, Akoka. We started as friends for about five years. Then, we dated for another five years. So, we have had a 10-year relationship before we got married.

Kehinde: He was my elder sister’s friend and we met on campus. We all got along well. His proposal was very unconventional. I even thought he was joking.

Tunji Balogun aka Tee Billz, has cried out over what he called ‘destroyers’ who have been fabricating lies about him ever since he proposed to Mavin first lady, Tiwa Savage.

Specifically, Tee Billz is unhappy about reports that he has two kids from a previous union couple with the release of photos showing him and an unnamed woman with kids to make the news genuine.

“I wonder why some jobless people want to destroy my relationship” Tee Billz wondered. “Since I proposed to Tiwa, these sets of destroyers have been on my neck. Without me granting them interviews, they fabricate all kind of lies about our union.

“Some would even go to the extent of quoting me, even when they never got to talk to me. It’s all a lie. I have never been married and I don’t know why and where they got the pictures from.” Tee Billz who is also Tiwa’s manager, added: “Rumour mongers and bloggers especially, are beginning to show how inexperienced they are on this job. I wonder if this people have any good thing doing.”

People in the entertainment industry swear Tiwa Savage and her manager cum business partner (they own 323 Imprint), Tunji Balogun popularly known as Tee Billz, are madly in love. In fact there were rumours a while back that they were engaged and planning to wed soon. Tiwa Savage recently put the rumours to rest when an Encomium magazine reporter asked her if she was engaged to Tee Billz.
