IMAGINE: An Army officer tries to scam God, gave ₦11m tithe offerings from ₦150m he stole from Bayelsa state

Colonel Robert Ahangba, a Nigerian army officer and the former aide to late General Azazi has confessed that he used the deceased name to extort 150 million Naira from Bayelsa State and paid a total of 11 million naira as tithe to a Pentecostal church. He said he donated 11 million to the church in two installments of 9million and 2million.   He perpetrated the act during the administration of former governor of Bayelsa, Timipre Sylva.  The question is why would you steal and give GOD part of it by paying tithe? Can’t you remember the offerings of Cain and Abel? Don’t you read your holy book? Can you deceive your creator?

Bayelsa No Longer Going To Sponsor AMAA – Dickson

Africa’s flagship movie awards – the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), will no longer enjoy the sponsorship of the Bayelsa State Government and this is according to Governor Henry Seriake Dickson who said henceforth, the event would be private sector driven.
It would be recalled that the state government had been the major sponsor of the annual event since its inception in May 2005 but Dickson during his transparency briefing in Yenagoa, the state capital, said the state government will no longer spend money to fund the annual event.

First Nigerian to own the Ferrari F458 -Guess Who ?

Didi is a Bayelsa Big Boy and one of GEJ's boys. He paid $400K (N60m) for this first-of-a-kind Ferrari F458 Italia, the latest car from Ferrari. The car came in this past Saturday and I hear he's possibly the only person in Nigeria to own it. If you know anyone else that has one, please send a picture..  The 458 Italia is powered by a 4.5 L (270 cu in) V8 engine derived from a shared Ferrari/Maserati design, producing 570 PS (419 kW; 562 hp) at 9,000 rpm and 540 N·m (398 lb·ft) at 6,000 rpm with 80% torque available at 3,250 rpm.
