Resting on her clinic bed, Roona Begum nearly seems like other two-year-old. But her look nowadays is really an extreme change to how a child appeared only a couple of months ago after her head swelled to twice the size. These extraordinary group of photographs chart her journey which includes undergoes  numerous procedures on her skull. Doctors moved out her newest reconstructive surgery on Friday and the details are obvious to see in these images taken of Roona at a clinic in New Delhi, India, on Xmas Day.

Surrogacy business is quite booming in India especially in Dr Nanya Patel's clinic situated at rural Gujarat, which houses up to 100 surrogate mothers. Women who carry babies for couples with fertility problems are paid US$8,000 while the doctor gets $28,000.

The (surrogacy) industry believed to be worth over $1billion (£619m) attracts childless couples from all over the world. Couples employ surrogate mothers as nannies and when they are through with all necessary paper work, they separate and take the children back to their respective countries.

 For those who would like to be updated, here's a little info for you. More than a month after he went to India for kidney surgery, veteran music producer OB Jezreel is yet to undergo the surgery. The delay was necessary to enable OJB undergo several pre-transplant treatment before the main surgery. He has now concluded all necessary medical tests and will have the procedure in the coming days.
