WSNE: Prô-stitutes assault sanitation officials in Ondo



Two Security officials attached with the Ondo State Environmental Task Force for the monthly sanitation exercise yesterday received the beating of the lives when prôs-titutes from a brothel in the capital city, Akure, descended on them.
The State Commissioner for Environment in their state, Barrister Sola Ebiseni has ordered the seal off of the hotel. The two security officials, who sustained various levels of injuries, were on duty to monitor the monthly exercise when the prô-stitutes, who didn't observe the monthly exercise, ordered them out of the premises.
Ebiseeni, who led the job force team, had lay out as early as 8am to make sure strict compliance with the monthly environmental exercise.
The commissioner and his team visited some towns and villages although some arrests were made while pleading with the people to adhere to environmentally friendly law.

Government officials withdraw support for OJB due to misinformation on funds raised



There have been speculations that some celebrities have been to see OJB and made some donations. While it's true that the likes of Don Jazzy, P-Square, Ruggedman, Mercy Johnson, Iyanya, Julius Aguw have contributed, the other names on the list that circulated today are 100% false. For instance, D'banj didn't give N7m, Wizkid didn't give N3m and 2face didn't give N1.5m.

Head of fund raising committee for #SaveOJB, singer Nomoreloss, says the hype and misinformation is affecting efforts to raise the complete money OJB needs for his treatment.

Lagos Sacks 174 LASTMA Officials





The Lagos State Government has sacked 174 officers of the State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, for their alleged involvement in corruption, overzealousness and others. The sack is said to be a move to weed out bad eggs and reposition the authority for better service delivery and traffic management.
P.M.NEWS authoritatively gathered that 34 LASTMA officers were sacked two months ago over cases of corruption, fraud, overzealousness, among others.
