A British Woman has appeared in Court faced with conning tens and thousands of Pounds from Premiership footballers while working as their "life style coach ".

Claire Duke, 38, is accused of defrauding high-profile customers - including Cardiff Town FC striker Peter Odemwingie - out of more than £70,000 around a 12 months period.

Since he's been playing less and less, Peter Odemwingie has been going off on Twitter more and more. Today he went off on the editor of Complete Sports and showed off screen grabs of their private conversation in which they exchanged harsh words. Osaze  Odemwingie has had a transfer request rejected by West Brom as Premier League strugglers QPR continue to chase the Nigeria striker.

West Brom  turned down QPR’s £2m bid for Osaze earlier in the January transfer window, but the Nigerian is keen to make the move to Loftus Road and responded by handing in a transfer request.

However, Albion’s sporting and technical director, Richard Garlick, has confirmed they snubbed Osaze’s demand and stressed the Baggies have “no need” to sell any of their players.

The footballer and his wife, Sarah Fallon, welcomed a baby boy this morning Sunday January 20th. The proud papa made the announcement on his Twitter page. The couple exchanged vows in May 2012 after dating for a few years. Congratulations !!!

Estranged Super Eagles attacker Osaze Odemwingie has said he regrets his abusive Twitter comments. He claimed they were made because coach Stephen Keshi was not fair to him. The West Bromwich striker had in the wake of the release of the Nigeria provisional team list for the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations taken to his Twitter account and made disparaging comments against Keshi, the team captain and some Nigeria Football Federation officials. Past coaches, including Samson Siasia and Lars Lagerback, were not spared and continued days later with direct hits at ex-Nigeria international Victor Ikpeba.

Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, revealed to Supersports last week that Osaze told him he no longer wants to play for the National team because of the way he was treated in the past. He explained that prior to Nigeria’s participation at the 2010 Fifa World Cup, he played in all the qualifying games but was dropped at the finals.
