Child Abuse: See what a father did to his 14 month old daughter

The father of the little girl said he flogged her with the cord of his handset charger because she was disturbing him from watching TV. The mother thinks the marks on her daughter’s back were for ritual purposes. But let's even accept he only flogged her; how can you flog a 1 year old like this?  Read the full story from Vanguard below...
Vanguard Metro, gathered that Huwaila Abdulahi, 22, who has been separated from her husband, is asking the Commission to investigate and unravel the mystery behind the strange marks all over the back of her 14 months old daughter. Although the estranged housewife is not seeking for a divorce, she is demanding for justice for her innocent baby as the 14 marks were not there when the father sent one Ibrahim to bring the little girl to spend some time with him.
The man, identified as Ibrahim Haladu, is being accused of carrying out a ritual on his child. He has been invited by the Commission to explain the strange marks on his daughter’s back. But he is insisting  that he only flogged his daughter with the cord of his handset charger. He denied that the marks were for ritual purposes.
In spite of his statement, many people who saw the strange marks on the child were not convinced of his testimony as they  believed they were carefully incised.

Man survives nearly a month alone lost in a desert by eating frogs

When a person is faced with a fight for survival they would do anything to stay alive, even if that means eating frogs.
An autistic man has been rescued from the remote Escalante Utah desert after surviving at least three weeks alone in temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 37.8 degrees Celsius by eating roots and frogs.

William Martin LaFever, 28-years-old, was found emaciated and unable to walk, more than a month after he was last heard from. He was discovered by a police helicopter, sitting on the Escalante River and waving feebly.
LaFever’s father told police that his son, who is autistic, had called him to say he had hitchhiked with his dog to Boulder, Utah, but had run out of money and some of his stuff were stolen.

2face and Annie Idibia To wed Next Month

2face and Annie Idibia are keeping the details of their wedding close to their chest...as in...nobody is saying anything... They will be getting married in February...maybe February 14, exactly a year after he popped the question in front of their friends at a night club in VI. I'm not really sure about the Feb 14th date, but here's what I am sure about; Annie's wedding dress will be made by Yvonne Nwosu of Vonne Couture and I also know that Annie has already met with some of her brides maids, which includes actress Kendra Etufunwa and TV personality Tana Egbo Adelana.

Their traditional wedding will hold in Nigeria, maybe Abuja and the white wedding might hold outside the country. I heard 'exotic Caribbean Island', maybe Barbados. Their wedding IVs will be going out soon! Like I said, people close to the couple are refusing to say much...but it's me and them in this Lagos! We shall see.

Nine Month Old Twins Can Swim Length Of A 25m Swimming Pool Unaided

Imagine the shock a parent is likely to express when they find out their child of nine months is able to swim the length of a swimming pool. That shock is more prominent when at that age they cannot sit up, crawl or walk on their own, but amazingly, put them in a pool and they will swim the entire length of a 25m pool unaided. That is the strange but true story of Ellie and William Trykush, twins, born to proud first-time parents, Vic and Charley Trykush. The Trykush did not think their babies had a special talent, until they took them to parent and baby swimming classes for the first time. Charley said: “I thought all babies could do it.
