"Marrying Hon Makinde is a dream come true, my joy is now unlimited' - Ex-Miss Osun state

23 year old former Miss Osun State Oyebanke Oyelami married 48 year old politician Hon Rotimi Makinde on Saturday August 24th and she says it's a dream come true.
"Marrying him is a dream come true. My joy is unlimited and I am more than fulfilled. I have known him as a very good lover. When I met him, at first I found it difficult to believe he was single as he claimed. I did all I could to verify his claims and as I moved closer to him, I discovered him to be a very responsible, caring and romantic person. I have always prayed to God for marrying a man like him. I have always looked forward to meeting a very nice and responsible man who will not only see himself as my husband, but a friend and a father, which Rotimi stands for. I give God all the glory.

New Born Headless Baby Causes Scare In Osun State

In what might be termed ‘stranger than fiction,’ a woman on Saturday gave birth to a headless baby at a mission centre in Sekona community, near Ede, Osun State. It took the intervention of police to control the crowd that had thronged the mission center to catch a glimpse of the mysterious baby.
A section of the crowd initially suspected foul play when they thought that the head of the baby was severed for ritual purpose but when the police took the baby to government hospital Ede for investigation, the crowd that followed up on the matter, were later enlightened following a thorough check on the baby by a doctor, that the birth was a rare case of deformity.
According to police public relation officer in Osun, Folasade Odoro, the dead baby had since been returned to the mother for burial.

The court presided over by Mrs. A. O. Ajanaku discharged Mrs. Adetayo, who had already lost her goat in the custody of OWMA and ordered other accused persons to pay N2, 500 fine to the coffers of the state government.
