See Photo of Goat sold for 13million bucks



A Saudi businessman bought a white goat for a whopping SR13 million( 567,710,357.57) in the largest livestock deal in the oil-rich Gulf Kingdom. The owner said his male goat fetched that sum because it is one of the rarest and “most beautiful” goat breeds in the region. “It was the largest single deal to involve the sale of a sheep in the Kingdom,” Arar newspaper said in a report from the Saudi capital Riyadh.

Dawodu, Ilorin: Goat With Two Heads (2-Headed) Delivered In Ilorin Kwara State (Photo)



A one of a kind animal delivery happened at an Islamic village called Dawodu in Ilorin, the capital city of Kwara State Nigeria. A she goat gave birth to a bizarre creature with two heads yesterday.  According to a witness, the labour yell of the she-goat was heard at about 4am on Thursday morning.

The labour pain became intense which forced the area residents to come out to see what was happening.  And to their surprise, they found the goat trying to deliver. In the morning, the area residents were shocked to see the strange creature delivered by the she-goat.  The two-headed goat died and two others with normal birth survived.

A furious goat went on the rampage around a Brazilian town and attacked anyone who dared to cross its path.
The animal was videoed as it butted a motorcycle and its two riders and floored a woman carrying her shopping through the streets of Londrina, near Sao Paulo. One man, who thought he could beat the goat at its own game, was also knocked to the ground.

I was sitting in the front seat of a bus and feeling stuffy and sweaty despite the weather. Gusts of wind sent dust spiraling, giving the streets a much needed sweep as pedestrians and hawkers rushed by, eager to make it to the safety of shelters before the water gates of heaven go burst. It began with just a few drops.
As the tiny drops hit the earth, the aromatic smell of the first rain of the year pervaded my nostrils as I hopped off the bus at Oregun bus stop, Ikeja. I had scarcely made it out of the bus when the rain burst out in fury. For an instance, I toyed with the idea of doing a detour but I changed my mind, the venue of the interview was less than 200 meters away and so I made a dash for it.

Flower-eating goat has charges against it dropped in court




It's not only in Nigeria that they have some mumu people o.....some of them can be found in Australia.  According to Metro UK, a flower-eating goat named Gary has been cleared of vandalism after an Australian judge dismissed the case at a court in Sydney.

His owner Jim Dezarnaulds had been ordered to pay a 440 Australian dollar (£290) fine after Gary was spotted snacking on a flower bed outside the city’s Museum of Contemporary Art.

The case was dismissed however, after a judge ruled that neither Gary nor his owner could be held accountable for the crime.

Arrested Osun Goat Dies In Custody





The five goats arrested by the Osun State Waste Management Agency (OWMA) in Osogbo last week were on Tuesday dragged before an Osogbo Magistrate Court along side their owners. Three owners of the goats including Mrs. Aduke Adetona, Mrs. Esther Ibikunle and Adedoyin Adetayo were docked, while the goats were not allowed into the court hall but kept in the premises of the court.
The court presided over by Mrs. A. O. Ajanaku discharged Mrs. Adetayo, who had already lost her goat in the custody of OWMA and ordered other accused persons to pay N2, 500 fine to the coffers of the state government.

Photo Of A One-Eyed Goat Born In India





A one-eyed goat that was born on a farm in Perundurai, Erode district, drew crowds to the farm as curious people paid a visit to see the rarity.The farm owner, Kandasamy, 45, who has been breeding goats for the past 10 years, said that this was the first such occurrence.
