Highly brilliant TV personality Funmi Iyanda says there's no television industry in Nigeria. In an interview with Encomium mag at her Children's Day Celebration party organized by her "Change a Life Foundation", she spoke about her current engagements...
"I run two media companies. One in Lagos, the second in London. I don't do television in Nigeria again because we don't have a television industry and I don't want to do patronage media otherwise known as brown envelope media. That's why I have shifted that to London and me and my partners are working on films that can be seen by anybody anywhere in the world. Back in Nigeria, I do corporate projects. I have people on the ground and we choose what we work on. So I run my business as a professional. I run Change-A-Life as a founder because it has a board and staff that keep things going. TV personality Kirstie Allsop has criticized the culture of women waiting until their late 30s to try to have a baby, urging women to have children at a younger age as after 35, it starts to go downhill
"Women are being let down by the system. We should speak honestly and frankly about fertility and the fact it falls off a cliff when you’re 35. We should talk openly about university and whether going when you’re young, when we live so much longer, is really the way forward.
'At the moment, women have 15 years to go to university, get their career on track, try and buy a home and have a baby. That is a hell of a lot to ask someone.

The Commissioner of Police in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, Joseph Mbu has banned all forms of the #BringBackOurGirls protest in Abuja. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the ban was issued today June 2nd. Various groups have had demonstrations in Abuja in the last few weeks over the missing Chibok girls who were abducted on April 14th.

Suspected Killers Of Policemen in Ondo Arrested For Illegal Oil Bunkering Agents of a private security guard in the waterside area of Ondo State, Gallery Security Services (GSS), have helped to arrest seven men suspected in the killing of nine police officers. The arrested men are also believed to be involved in oil bunkering.
The arrest came days after some hit men, believed to be members of this bunkering gang, killed nine policemen and took away their rifles in a riverine community near the border between Ondo and Ogun States. The nine policemen were initially pronounced missing, but their remains were later found in the border area called 'Abule Egba'. A source at the Gallery Security Services in Ese Odo area of Ondo State told us that the suspects were arrested at different locations in the area following useful tips provided by members of the community.

And not only that, these men also have a smaller striatum - i.e. the area of the brain which processes'rewards and motivation'- leading scientists trust that p()rnography damages this function. The feminine leading author of the study, Simone Kühn, did explain however, so it wasn't clear whether watching p()rn leads to these brain changes or whether people born with certain brain types watch more p()rn but something was clear - less intelligent men love p()rnography.
