A Nigerian Custom officer named Mr Nwaeze who heads the Customs unit at Mosafejo Aradagun, has been accused of allegedly attacking  a woman identified as Ms Tope Fadipe with acid after an argument over money.

 

Sahara Reporters reports that Ms Fadipe, who served as a salesgirl at a local food business run by Mr Nwanze's family for 3 years, was attacked by an angry Nwaeze on Friday May 9th, after she argued with him when he accused of her of not remitting N50,000 into the business account.

 

After the acid attack, the matter was reported at the Badagry Police Station, and Mr. Nwaeze had boasted that no one could arrest him. On Saturday, the 10th of May, one day after the incident, Mr. Nwaeze was said to have appeared at the Police Station, and had returned shortly afterwards to show he is above arrest. Continue...

A 16-stone trucker left his girlfriend needing surgery after bundling her down the stairs in a row over having to cook his own dinner.

Logan Welch, 34, was so angry when his tea was not on the table when he came back from an extended day behind the wheel that he started an argument that rumbled on all through the evening.

The row ended with victim Chantelle Pearson fleeing her home in Ipplepen, near Newton Abbot, and seeking refuge with neighbours after falling down the stairs.

Heartless: Woman Dumps Baby At Junkyard, Claims It Is Not Human

OGUN STATE, October 25, Friday -- A woman was today apprehended by the police for reportedly abandoning her newborn infant at a dumpsite at Ikugbonmilere, Mowe, Ogun state. The alleged mother declared she have birth to a tortoise rather than a human being. Meanwhile, eyewitnesses say some people saw traces of blood in the woman's house once they went directly into investigate. The woman is being questioned at the police station. The child was taken to the monarch's palace.

A 23-year-old woman was on Tuesday arrested in Jigawa by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), for allegedly dumping her new born baby boy in a toilet in Hadeja town of Hadejia Local Government Area of the state.
The Corps Commandant in the state, Mr Muhammad Gidado, said in Dutse that the suspect was arrested carrying out a tip-off by patriotic citizens. He explained that the suspect gave birth to the baby on Sept. 1 around 11.30p.m and allegedly dumped it in the toilet.

Heartless: Woman Bites 9-year Old Maid’s Private Parts

At the Onitsha Chief Magistrate Court, Chiamaka , a mother of two, was arraigned by the police yesterday for savagely biting her  nine-year-old maid all over the body, including her private part.

Chiamaka, who hails from Eziagu in Enugu State, was arraigned in suit number MO/38/2013 for allegedly inflicting bodily harm on her maid, Nnenna Nwafor, on  July 25 when she allegedly used dangerous weapons and her teeth to inflict injuries on the girl.

Heartless Husband Allegedly Poisons Wife For Not Bearing Him Children

The Police in Ondo State have arrested a 47-year-old bricklayer, Damilare Olotu, for allegedly poisoning his wife, Mary, for being barren.  The 45-year-old Mary who hailed from Kwara State was a trader and had been having running battle with the suspect over her inability to conceive.

Reports had it that following the condition of the deceased the suspect married a second wife, Kemi, from Igbara Oke area of the state who bore him two children.  The suspect who is from Akure used to live with the deceased in Ibuji, Ifedore council area of the state.

Heartless: Ghanaian footballer John Paintsil arrested for stabbing his wife in the eye

31 year old Black Stars of Ghana defender John Paintsil has been arrested for stabbing his wife in the eye. 
According to Greater Accra Police, Paintsil stabbed his wife after a quarrel over money. The wife, Richlove Paintsil, jumped the wall of their home into their neighbors home to escape the assault. John allegedly followed her into the neighbours house and assaulted the people who tried to stop him from hitting his wife.  Paintsil was later picked up by the police after neighbours called them .He is being held for assault and causing harm.  Paintsil was part of the Ghana Black Stars team that came fourth in the just concluded AFCON 2013.

Gabriel ‘Terry G’ Amanyi has responded to his alleged involvement in a hit and run case, stating that he has not done any wrong as the news is being falsely reported. In a statement released by the TGP Entertainment boss, Terry G explains that he was indeed present at the Club Royale hangout spot with friends having fun but says he peacefully drove his car out of the club premises when he decided to leave.
