That is no cheering news for Nollywood practitioners as President of the Script Writers Guild, Mr. Chike Bryan happens to be down with kidney related ailment and needs urgent support to stay alive.

HVP learnt that the soft -spoken guild head was basically admitted at
Isolo General Hospital before he was later referred to Igando General Hospital, Lagos, where better machines for dialysis are available.

Vanity Wonder, author of book Shots Girls who herself spent over $15,000 on illegal butt and hip injections,  opened up about her addiction to butt injections.Vanity, who nearly died after contracting an infection from a shot .

Vanity became an internet sensation when she posted pics of her developing booty and all the hardships she faced.  She revealed,

‘When I heard about butt injections I thought it sounded stupid but after a year in that environment as a dancer, everyone was doing it, it wasn’t such a foreign concept. I thought I might as well try it.  ’Then it became a competition – not for men but against other women. 40 year old actress Gabrielle Union was featured in People Magazine 100 Most Women in the World issue and when asked how stays and looks young, she replied:

"I started drinking a gallon of water a day in my mid-thirties. It changed everything from weight maintenance, to hair, skin, nails and digestion. Plus, I stay younger by dating younger. Dip into the kiddie pool, ladies! It worked for me!

"I found out my wife of 11 years cheated on me with some guy. This was last year June. She confessed to me after I confronted her with the facts. I decided to forgive her and stay married to her because I have cheated on her in the past too and I didn't want to destroy our family because we have four small children together. The thing now is; I don't love her anymore. I can't stand her and can't even bare to touch her. Men and women who are married or in long-term relationships are more likely to survive to old age than singletons according to research. Scientists have found that being married, or being in a permanent stable relationship, could lead to a longer life.

Middle-aged people without a spouse or long-term partner were discovered to be at greater risk of premature death than those who were settled down with their other half, they said. So stark was the difference in outcomes that those who never married or settled down with a long-term companion were more than twice more likely to die in middle age than those who had been in a stable relationship throughout their adult life.
