Sheik Gumi Explodes: Nigerian Govt Is Fighting Muslims By Sending Troops To Mali, Labels Ihejirika S

Prominent Islamic cleric, Sheik Ahmad Mahmoud Gumi has raised an eyebrow over the Nigerian government’s decision to send troops to fight on the side of France against so-called “Islamic terrorists” in Mali which he warns “…can seriously be dangerous for the nation and more so for the government.”
In a post Facebook post yesterday, the cleric argued that there was no justifiable reason to send troops.
He wrote:
“Today Nigerian troops are committed in Mali to fight ‘Islamic terrorists’ without intellectually looking at the repercussion of such an adventure. We all know that the ‘War against terror’ which Islam also fights can easily be turned into war against Islam. There is a thin line between the two. And if caution is not taken, the situation can seriously be dangerous for the nation and more so for the government.

Annie Idibia narrates how 2face finally proposed to her on Feb 14th

Below is what she told Jara TV, a programme on Africa Magic, about that special day last year when her man of over 12 years finally asked her to marry him.
“He called me up one morning that I should meet him in Lagos so that we can hang out. He said his friends are around and they want to take us out. So, I agreed to see him. I remember it was a particular friend of ours that was around that day, although I would not like to mention his name.
"And when I got to Lagos that day, he was like ‘let’s go to the club.’ When we got to the club, the place was totally empty. Obviously confused, I asked him, baby, what are we doing here, it’s empty” and before I turned back, my brothers and friends showed up. I was so perplexed that I had to ask what everybody was doing around there and they said they heard we were there and they came.

Bryan Boy claimed on Twitter yesterday that Kanye's gay lover is Riccardo Tisci, the creative director of Givenchy, and the creator of the cover art of Kanye and Jay Z's album 'Watch The Throne', plus Riccardo was one of the people who influenced Kanye's foray into fashion. Bryan Boy also doesn't believe that Kim is having Kanye's baby. See his Tweets below

Why I am more into movie production than acting
I am a person that is very restless in nature. I have been acting for over 18 years. I feel that it is becoming monotonous for me; doing the same old thing over and over again, despite the fact that creativity is dropping by the day. I still do a bit of acting; it is just that I am more of a production person. I am even derailing a bit back into doing English soap operas which was what I started out from. I started with soap opera and English movies before I delved into Yoruba movies.

Google Now Making Glasses Now?

The much talked about Google glasses recently received another development update this week. Reports say the company will be releasing new information on their high tech frames later this month, but it seems this is only for product developers. “Project Glass” will hold two events on each coast to showcase their one of kind spectacles.

Jonathan dares not come to my church – Bakare

Pastor Tunde Bakare, Senior Pastor of the Latter Rain Assembly and former running mate of Maj.-Gen. Muhammadu Buhari in the last presidential election, speaks withKUNLE ADEYEMI and ADEOLA BALOGUNon some burning national issues
One year after the fuel subsidy protests, when you look back, would you say the protests achieved their goals?
When there are clear goals and objectives for any movement or protest, then you have the opportunity of judging whether those goals are attained or accomplished. We didn’t just rush out; if you recall, the increase in petrol pump price took place on January 1, 2012. Like a sadist, the President gave us a cause to be sorrowful on the first day of the year; even those who didn’t even have vehicles of their own and had to pay through their noses to move from one place to the other.
