Okay so, as regards the subject, let me start by giving a brief description of myself or the sort of person I used to be. I used to think of myself as really disciplined, principled and one who would never compromise her values or standards. Also, I used to be so quick to pass judgement. The three who were smartly dressed were captured on CCTV cameras installed at the supermarket in Nairobi.

The 37 year old actress and mother of six wrote an article in the New York Times today May 14th revealing she underwent a double mastectomy earlier this year after a blood test showed she was genetically susceptible to cancer. Doctors told her she had an 87% risk of getting breast cancer. Her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, died at the age of 56 after battling with cancer for almost a decade.

Mastectomy is the medical term for the surgical removal of one or both breasts, partially or completely.

Angelina Jolie said she went through a series of medical procedures from February till April 2013 to have her breasts removed and then reconstructed. And she says Brad Pitt stood by her side every step of the way. Read Angelina's article NY Times article after the Break.

Multiple sources told us after the Met Gala last week that the singer, who is currently in the middle of a world tour, is pregnant. Bey wore a Givenchy gown with a high, belted waist that carefully camouflaged her midsection, but pictures have emerged on blogs of what looks like a baby bump from recent tour dates.

Man in Imo state hides mother's corpse in his house for 10 years

A 62 year old retired vice-principal has been arrested by the Imo state police for allegedly killing his mother and hiding her corpse in his house since 2003.
Dr. Chimezie Osuigwe was arrested after the embalmed body of his mother was discovered hidden in a cupboard in his house yesterday Monday April 14th by another family member. 

Police say the body of the woman, Lucy Osuigwe, who was declared missing in 2003, 'was found in a large cupboard inside a shrine in a private room in a circumstance depicting ritual practice.'

The police believe the retired educationist and devotee of the Guru Maharaji sect, killed his mother for ritual purposes. Dr. Chimezie Osuigwe is being held for first degree murder.

The youngest daughter of the National leader of Action Congress of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, achieved a feat on Saturday as she officially graduated from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.

Abibat Tinubu’s graduation was marked with a great ceremony. The ceremony was attended by her parents, and her elder sister, Zainab.

A photo of man bearing a striking resemblance to Jay-Z has surfaced, and if it wasn't for the fact that it was taken in 1939, you'd swear it was JayZ himself.

The photo is “Harlem Loiterers” by the street photographer Sid Grossman and it was stumbled across recently by a curator at the New York Public Library’s Schomburg Center for Research In Black Culture.

And the New York Public Library swears, the old photo of the guy who looks scarily like Jay-Z really is an unretouched, un-Photoshopped image from 1939.

“We’re 100 percent certain it’s legitimate,” Adenike Olanrewaju, a library spokeswoman, said on Friday.
