Drama as Lizard Enters Femi Kuti’s Car, Says Evil People At Work - hehe

Over the weekend, popular Afrobeat singer, Femi Kuti caused a scene that attracted a sizable crowd when he sought help to fish out a lizard that entered his car via the dashboard on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.  Femi Kuti narrated his ordeal jokingly at MUSON Center's pre-event news briefing. The Afrobeat King said he was horrified by the event.  He said a lizard appeared all of a sudden, from the dashboard of the automobile, while he was at top speed, starring at him snappily before ducking away.  In no time, the search party increased around the Black Prado Jeep. Perhaps then, it dawned on the musician, how seriously he had painted the scenario. The crowd, including his colleague, Yinka Davies begun to have amused, and Kuti, tried to create a joke of the situation.

FEMI FANI-KAYODE Got A Message For Those That Call him An Igbo-Hater

Those that call me a tribalist and an igbo-hater are simply misguided and ignorant. Perhaps they do not know the meaning of those words or the true import of their meaning. Those that know me well like you can confirm the fact that I am not a racist or a bigot and that I consider such sentiments as being unworthy of a man of class, good breeding and culture. I am however a firm believer in the propagation of truth and I, like you, appreciate the value and importance of history. Sadly many of our igbo brothers and sisters do not believe in that. History for them consists of only one thing-how other Nigerians have always marginalised them and treated them badly.

''Like Most Married Men, I Have Cheated On My Wife'' - Femi Fani-Kayode

"I am not an angel. Like most married men I have made mistakes in the past and I have let down my wife on a number of occasions. Yet despite that I never stopped loving her.

I never considered the possibility of leaving my wife though on many occasions she almost left me.

A lot of men think it’s a sign of virility for them to have many extra-marital affairs but I see it as failure.

It is shameful and nothing to be proud of. It wounds the soul and brings so much pain that it is just not worth it.

Most men have the ability to guard their hearts and they believe that the more women you sleep with the stronger and better you are. I don't believe that. I am a romantic and people like me often get hurt and wounded when they make the wrong choices.

Former minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode is currently married to his 3rd wife, Regina after his 2 previous marriages to Saratu Atta and Yemisi Adeniji crashed.

Hmnnn !!! Femi Kuti says, I will never be faithful to a waman. Never Ever !!!

"Femi Kuti tells Yes! International magazine:
"I will never get married again. I don't think I will ever be able to trust anybody. I will never be able to give any woman that chance. First, I will never be faithful. Never ever! I will not even try to be faithful. I won't! Because first of all, I don't even believe a woman would be faithful to me. And why does she want to be faithful to me? First, I think it's very unnatural and I can not even imagine standing somewhere and one man will say 'I pronounce you man and wife. Who are you to pronounce me man and wife? Okay, I pronounce myself man and wife. There's a girl who lives with me now. She's not as jealous as most of my other girlfriends.. She knows I like women, so we understand each other. She doesn't question me, I don't question her. She takes cares of our child, no wahala. But the minute she starts being over-jealous, we are going to start to fight. She's the kind of person that I will say, that girl is fine o, and she will say, should I chase her for you? And I will say don't worry, I can do it myself.
He said a lot more. Continue Reading After The Break..

Why I didn’t talk my late dad Fela for six years –Femi Kuti

Fela Anikulapo’s son, Femi, tells OLUFEMI ATOYEBI and GBENGA ADENIJI what people didn’t know about the late Afrobeat musician
Why did your father choose a controversial lifestyle?
It was because he was too honest about his way of life. He liked women and he did not hide it. He liked to smoke marijuana and he did it in the open. Many people like women but they do it secretly. There are so many brothels all around the world but Fela never patronised them, many people go there to pay for sex.
