Chiwendu Nwankwo is studying Biochemistry at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, Anambra State. The 400-Level part-time student ekes out a living by driving a commercial cab on the campus. 

Can you tell us about your educational background?

I grew up in Asaba, where I still reside. And I love to do activities men do. I attended Asaba Girls’ Grammar School. I was the captain of the school’s female football team. Now, I am a student of Continuing Education Programme (CEP), which is known as part-time programme in UNIZIK. I am also the General Secretary of my departmental association.

Driving for commercial purpose is considered a man’s job. Why did you develop interest in it?

The pregnant woman can see an outline of her baby on her burgeoning belly. She discovered the print on her tummy when she was just 25-weeks pregnant and some colleagues at her hair salon were making jokes about her protruding belly button.

The British citizen explained to The Sun about her unique baby bump:

You released your first movie recently. What prompted you to join the league of movie producers?

I have always wanted to produce my own movie. I had wanted to do it five years ago, but I felt it wasn’t the right time. I was busy with other jobs. I shot my movie two years ago. But we had a little problem with the camera. There were some issues with the voice and everybody had gone and I couldn’t call them back. I didn’t want to dub. We had to recall some people and I added new cast. But I said I would bring it out this year and that was what I did.

What is the movie, The Mistresses, all about?

It is basically about single ladies who date married men and married men who lie that they are single in order to deceive ladies and fulfill their sexual desire. Some of the girls are not worried that what they do is wrong.

The bulldozers of the Lagos State Government are extra busy these days. First in Ijora-Badia, a sprawling shanty town, which is adjacent to Orile and Costain train stations, and later in the more upscale Itun-Omo Estate, in Odoragushin area of Epe, rumbling and rampaging bulldozers moved in, reducing hopes, dreams and futures to rubbles. In both cases, the government of Lagos State states unequivocally that, “Our intervention is a strategic one, to upgrade the quality of life.” But the affected communities are as bemused as they are traumatised. The refrain on every lip is “We voted for this government. Is this what we will get in return?” There is much wailing and gnashing of teeth among the landlords and residents who are saying with one bitter voice, “Fashola has finished us.”

The saying: “It is easier to destroy than to build” cannot be more apt. What took over a decade to build in Itun Omo Estate in Odoragushin Community of Eredo Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, was reduced to rubbles in less than eight hours. The once lively community was reduced to ground zero. No fewer than 100 buildings were felled by rumbling and rampaging bulldozers of the Lagos State Government. Expectedly, the landlords and residents did not find the fate that befell their community funny.

The traditional marriage held at  the Apostolic High School, Esit Urua Community, Eket – Ibeno Road, in Uyo, the bride’s hometown, climaxed the month-long speculation that preceded the wedding.

Among the celebrities that graced were Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw, Sound Sultan,  HipHopWorld Magazine boss, Ayo Animashaun, Now Muzik Chief, Efe Omorogbe, Iyanya and many others.

18 year-old girl, Miss Ladi Okoro who works at Mararaba, a suburb of Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory, must have heard tales of how people fall victims of ritualists, yet she had not experienced one until Wednesday, 6th March, 2013 when some ritualists picked her and 2 others from Mopol Junction in Mararaba, after the young girl had closed from work.

Ladi who narrated her experience in the hands of the ritualists to DailyPost said she could only remember when the driver of the red taxi that picked them from the junction stopped for them to get into the car.

According to Ladi, it was like a movie scene as she only realized she was in trouble when she woke up midnight to discover that she was not in the house but in the midst of some strange faces.

My Husband Is A Randy Man; A Lady Is Pregnant For Him Again

We need to get people's opinion on my situation:

I have been married for 4 years with a child. I tried to have another child but it has been impossible. My husband has a girl he's dating which has made us fight severally. I know this girl and i have warned her to stay away from my husband. 

Recently, I received a text from one of her friends informing me that she is pregnant with my husband's child. I saw her later and could tell she is pregnant. We live in the same estate....

If this turns out to be true i do not think i can forgive my husband. Last year January a lady came to introduce herself to me, she was my husband's mistress and had a child in her hands. As painful as it was, the boy looked so much like my husband so i confronted him.

He accepted he knew her and the child was his. He begged me not to expose him and i agreed. I know my husband his a randy man but he never exhibited these traits while we were dating. Life to me is so unpleasant right now.

Should I go ahead with this kind of husband OR quit? Please sincere advice only

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been arrested on suspicion of driving while disqualified, police sources indicated Friday.

Tevez, 29, was arrested on Thursday south of Manchester in Cheshire, the northwest English county where the Argentina forward lives.

He was banned from driving for six months on January 16.

“At 5:13pm yesterday police arrested a 29-year-old man from Alderley Edge on the A538 (main road) in Macclesfield,” said a Cheshire Constabulary spokeswoman.

WEIRD: Sheep Gives Birth To Lamb With Human Features (Photo)

Residents were shocked after a sheep belonging to one of the residents bore a lamb with features that closely resembled those of a human being.

Speaking to the media, the sheep owner Rita Nabangala said she was equally shocked after the incident. Rita explained that this was the third time the sheep was giving birth but no such incident has ever been witnessed.

The Duchess of Cambridge, wife of Britain’s Prince William might have accidentally revealed the s*x of her unborn child during a conversation with a well-wisher. It seems the royal baby could be a girl.

Kate was presented with a white teddy bear on a trip to Grimsby in northern England, and a woman in the crowd said the Duchess appeared to hint that she was expecting a daughter.

Sandra Cook, who was standing next to the woman who presented Kate with the toy was widely quoted as saying: “I distinctly heard Kate say: ‘Thank you, I will take that for my d…’”

“Then she stopped and corrected herself to say… ‘for my baby’,” Cook said.

Demi Moore  wants Ashton Kutcher to show her the money. More than a year after they split and nearly three months after Kutcher filed for divorce, the actress finally responded Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking to have her ex pay both spousal support and attorney fees.

Moore, 50, citing the usual “irreconcilable differences” for the split, is now headed for a possible courtroom battle with Kutcher, 35, over the financial terms to end their six-year marriage .

23-Year-Old Man Arrested For Allegedly Defiling 4-Year-Old Girl In Abeokuta

A 23-year-old man  was on Thursday arrested for allegedly defiling a four-year-old girl at Edunjobi Street, Alagbole,  Ifo Local Government Area of  Ogun.

The police spokesman  in the state, Muyiwa Adejobi, told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abeokuta that the matter was reported  by the victim’s grandmother.

“ The complainant reported that her grand daughter complained to her that she was having serious pains in her private part.

Brothers At War Over Property

Two brothers, Felix Agwu-Oko and Chijioke Ogbonnaya are currently at war over a piece of property at 26 Anupupo Street, Oke-Ira, Ogba, Lagos State.

The three-year struggle has resulted in a criminal charge against the elder brother, Agwu-Oko at the Ikeja Magistrate Court.

Agwu-Oko was accused by the police at Area G command of assaulting his brother and threatening his life.

Punch Metro learnt that the land, allegedly acquired by Ogbonnaya, was hastily developed in 2010 when Agwu-Oko was evicted from his rented apartment after defaulting in paying his rent.
