Ordo Templi Orientis founding 'prophet' Aleister Crowley, who was born into an upper-class British family in 1875, styled himself as 'the Great Beast 666'. He was an unabashed occultist who, prior to his death in 1947, reveled in his infamy as 'the wickedest man in the world'.

His form of worship involved sadomasochistic sex rituals with men and women, spells which he claimed could raise malevolent gods and the use of hard drugs, including opium, cocaine, heroin and mescaline. Bishop David Oyedepo of Living Faith Church and his wife were in Kenya this past Saturday April 20th to officially open Winner's Chapel Church Auditorium located in Likoni Road in Kenya. The auditorium is said to be the largest church auditorium in East and Central Africa...it's a 15, 000 sitting capacity auditorium. The Deputy president of the country was the chief guest at the opening.

Bayelsa No Longer Going To Sponsor AMAA – Dickson

Africa’s flagship movie awards – the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA), will no longer enjoy the sponsorship of the Bayelsa State Government and this is according to Governor Henry Seriake Dickson who said henceforth, the event would be private sector driven.

It would be recalled that the state government had been the major sponsor of the annual event since its inception in May 2005 but Dickson during his transparency briefing in Yenagoa, the state capital, said the state government will no longer spend money to fund the annual event.

Lol. So Liverpool striker Luis Suarez today Sunday April 21st bit the arm of Chelsea defender Branislav Ivanovic during their Premier League match. The Uruguayan striker sank his teeth into the Serbian defender's arm after a tussle during the second half of the match. Suarez didn't get penalised for the bite because the referee didn't see it. He went on score the equalizing goal for Liverpool. He has since apologized for his actions, but I'm sure the English FA will still penalize him.

A man escapes from prison where he has been for 15 years. He breaks into a house to look for money and guns and finds a young couple in bed.

A former associate of former president Olusegun Obasanjo told Sahara Reporters in an interview yesterday that Obasanjo had a killer squad used for political assassinations and actually housed them at a State Security Service headquarters, known as ‘Yellow House.’ Richard Odusanya said: 

“I believe that a killer squad created during the Abacha regime was kept by Obasanjo and housed at SSS headquarters, known as Yellow House, and was used for political assassinations. The night Chief Bola Ige was assassinated, a top PDP member confided in me that Obasanjo told him Bola Ige was down. I also took a gift to (Harry) Marshall and he was assassinated just a few weeks later.”

I got married in 2006. A year later in 2007, my husband relocated to the US. The plan was for him to settle there and then bring me and our only son to join him. It's been six long years and he has been giving us excuses upon excuses. He confessed that he married a white woman there but only to get his papers but I later found out he was living with this woman. When I called him a few months ago I heard a child crying at the background, so I'm suspecting they also have a child together though he says the child is the lady's child and not his. I don't believe him.

I have no way of finding out the truth because I have no one in the US to help me investigate. He has only returned home once since he traveled and this was in 2010. I feel like I'm wasting my life waiting for him especially now that I met someone else who wants to marry me. I'm not divorced from my husband so marrying another man would be illegal. When I suggested divorce to my husband he flipped and told me to give him more time that he will come home as soon as he's stable there. I'm tired of waiting. I need a man in my life. Can I remarry because I think my husband is also married.

The land swap model of the Federal Capital Territory Administration kicked-off on Thursday April 18th with a ceremony for the development of a new world class district in Abuja called The Carraway Dallas District, named after the first black mayor of Dallas, Dwaine Carraway.

The  Caraway Dallas district is the first ever land-for-infrastructure exchange in West Africa driven by Public-Private-Partnership Initiative. It will cost over N26 billion to develop this new world class district situated along Keffi Road, adjacent Mogadishu Barrack.

There is no shortage of excuses for the disgrace that the Nigeria Football Association, NFA, has again brought to the country on this matter.
