Man Claims Immunity To Snake Venom (photos)

An unemployed factory worker has proved his immunity to snake venom by letting a deadly mamba bite his bare arm. Tim Friede says he has built up immunity and claims he has now endured bites from 100 poisonous snakes.

The 45-year-old from Milwaukee is now able to survive a snake bite from a black mamba, which normally kills anyone bitten within just 20 minutes. Mr Friede can also survive bite from cobras and other deadly serpents.

Khloe Kardashian has taken NO steps to divorce Lamar Odom because she's afraid he'll die or kill himself if she does.  According to TMZ, barring a miracle, Khloe thinks divorce is "inevitable." But she's afraid if she files, Lamar will overdose and  die or be pushed over the edge and commit suicide. Khloe is just too afraid to pull the trigger.  So for now, no divorce papers have been drawn up and there's no plan for that to happen in the immediate future.

3 Nigerians accused of child abduction, have been lynched to death by an angry mob in Guinea Bissau.
A child had gone missing in Bissau, the capital. According to the AFP, rumours spread that the missing child had been abducted by the Nigerians.  This angered the locals who believed they were behind recent cases kidnappings & human trafficking. The angry crowd gathered and attacked the Nigerians, not even the police could stop them.

Over the weekend, popular Afrobeat singer, Femi Kuti caused a scene that attracted a sizable crowd when he sought help to fish out a lizard that entered his car via the dashboard on the Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos.  Femi Kuti narrated his ordeal jokingly at MUSON Center's pre-event news briefing. The Afrobeat King said he was horrified by the event.  He said a lizard appeared all of a sudden, from the dashboard of the automobile, while he was at top speed, starring at him snappily before ducking away.  In no time, the search party increased around the Black Prado Jeep. Perhaps then, it dawned on the musician, how seriously he had painted the scenario. The crowd, including his colleague, Yinka Davies begun to have amused, and Kuti, tried to create a joke of the situation.
