After months of will-they-or-won’t-they speculation, the couple is going to tie the knot in a lavish wedding in the Los Angeles area right after the birth of their child, an insider close to reality TV’s first family tells Radar exclusively.

Kim is set to exchange “I do’s” wearing an “ethereal white wedding dress,” the source said, and wants a location “where they can hear the waves and be married under the moon and stars.

“Kim’s choice at the moment is a starlight ceremony in California’s Big Sur,” the insider added, noting that Kanye has signed off on all of the stipulations, as well as signing off on whichever wedding planner she chooses.

General Muhammadu Buhari has said he plans to contest in the 2015 presidential election under the platform of All Progressive Congress, APC. The former Head of State, who contested in 2011 and lost, said he will only step down if a better candidate emerges under APC. Buhari said:

“Whoever said he wants to contest has a chance. Let him come out because the more we are, the merrier. But I will be ready to step down if there is a formidable and better candidate. It is not about me but for the survival of the party. APC is about ensuring internal democracy. Whoever emerges is the person I will support. Yes I will be ready to step down”.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the 2013 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) results. The board, however, withheld 12,110 results for possible disciplinary action.

The Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, announced this at a news conference on the release of the results in Bwari, FCT, today Friday May 3rd.

The registrar said after thorough processing of answer scripts of the candidates who sat for the examination, the board discovered some forms of malpractice perpetuated during the conduct of the examination.

“However, the results of 68,309 candidates from various centres are undergoing further screening to ascertain the culpability of 12,110 candidates’ results.

Top Lawyer Arrested after Weed falls from his pocket inside court

An assistant city attorney in New Orleans was arrested when a marijuana joint fell out of his pocket in court while talking with police officers.

On Monday while officers sat in a courtroom waiting to testify in a case, they spoke with City Attorney, Jason Cantrell, 43, when all of a sudden they saw a marijuana joint falling out of his pocket. 

Two police officers glanced at the marijuana joint on the ground, then at each other. They told the attorney that they have to arrest him for possession of marijuana. Cantrell, who has lost a race for a juvenile court judgeship in 2009, complied. Cantrell is the son of Magistrate Commissioner Harry Cantrell.

The 'Stupid Song' crooner yesterday May 1st got engaged to his long-time love, Bolatito Ladoja, the daughter of Ex-governor of Oyo state, Rasheed Ladoja. Bolatito (pictured right) is a corporate banker with FCMB.  She is a graduate of International Relations in Warwick University UK and has her Masters in Management from Imperial College London. An Abuja High Court has set aside the  revocation order issued by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Sen. Bala Mohammed on a plot of land allocated to  Hajia Turai Yar’ Adua, wife of late President Umaru  Yar Adua.

Justice Peter Affen voided the revocation order issued by the FCT Minister,  Bala Mohammed on the plot of land given to Women and Youth Empowerment Foundation.

The court held that the claim by the FCT Minister that the land was revoked on an overriding public interest was not supported by any shred of evidence before the court.

The court held that the initial letter of offer issued to the wife of the late president by the Minister remained valid and subsisting.

Hmnn: Female Student Paid Man For S-éx, Then Claimed He Ra-péd Her

A California student accused of filing a false rapé report with police had placed an ad on Craigslist in which she sought to hire someone to beat her in exchange for s-éx, according to prosecutors.

Morgan Triplett, a 20-year-old student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, pleaded not guilty to charges in court March 29.

Prosecutors said a police investigation revealed that the young woman had placed two separate ads on Craigslist on Feb. 16, while visiting UC Santa Cruz for a lesbian, gay, bis-éxual and transgender conference. In the first ad, Triplett wrote that she wanted to hire someone to shoot her. In the other, posted later that night, the woman wrote that she wanted someone with a "strong hand" to "punch, kick and bruise her," stated that she would compensate the participant with s-éx, and said that "no charges would be filed," according to police.

I am a successful IT engineer in my early 30s. Everything is going well for me except for one thing, my s-ex life or lack thereof. I had s-ex once in my 20's and have not repeated it since. I find that I have absolutely no desire for s-ex and it has nothing to do with any religious inclination. I don't even go to church. I've had several opportunities to sleep with several women but each time I turn it down and it's not because I am gay. The thought of touching another man is repulsive to me.
