This is a true story of a woman who having lost her hands, didn't quit and made her dreams come true. 
It was been Sep. 25, 2000. Maricel Apatan was an 11-year old girl in Zamboanga. On that day, this litttle lady went with her uncle to fetch water.

On their way they met 4 heavy men carrying long knives. They forced the girl's uncle to head faced down on the ground, hacked him on the neck and killed him.

Super Eagles Onazi chassed A Robber down And Hands Him Over To The Police In Rome



Super Eagles/Lazio midfielder Eddy Onazi may be the talk of Rome after chasing down a robber and handing him to local cops, Sugar Sport Reports.

There is no way the Nigerian star would let a local villain escape with stealing from a Rome tourist.
“I was having dinner with my buddy close to the Termini Station and there were some tourists sitting next to us,” Onazi told Lazio Style Radio following the story hit the headlines.

Nigerian Female Billionaire Defeats Oprah Winfrey hands down To Become Richest African Woman In The World




Move over Oprah, Nigerian oil tycoon Folorunsho Alakija is currently the richest African woman on earth by having an estimated fortune of $7.3 billion.
Africa boasts 55 billionaires – far significantly more than previously thought – and they're worth a staggering $143.88 billion as a whole, according to pan-African magazine Ventures Africa.

Starting her career as a secretary in a bank in the mid 1970s, Alakija, 62, then studied fashion in London and returned to Nigeria to take up a label, Supreme Stitches. But her biggest break came in oil.

People from all over the world come to his “Fried Chicken Iron Hands Man” food stall to see Kann use his hands to scoop out the chicken and he and his wife travel the globe showing off his gift. Superhands has no idea why he can do what he does, but he’s just happy it brings more and more customers for his business, every day.

"My experience in the hands of abductors" - Human rights lawyer, Mike Ozekhome recounts




The human rights lawyer (pictured above with his wife after his release) who said he will never forget his experience in the hands of his abductors, narrated his ordeal to journalists in his home in Lagos.

Ozekhome, who had grown a beard, said he was driven on a rough road for about four hours to a jungle far removed from civilisation blindfolded, after he was captured close to Benin City about 3pm on August 23, 2013.

According to Ozekhome, the abductors took him to an uncompleted building in the bush while a colony of mosquitos descended and fed on him and other hostages like barbeque in the camp.

According to him, from the moment of his abduction on August 23, he and 12 other victims were blindfolded by the gang in the camp. Continue after the break.

Amaechi hands over $100,000 to OJB Jezreel (Report)



There are unconfirmed reports that the embattled governor of Rivers state, Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi has handed over his pledge of $100,000 to the treatment of popular music producer, OJB Jezreel who is suffering from a kidney condition.  According to reports from an online new platform, the publisher of MetroNews online, Femi Davies who started the initiative with artiste, Jazzman Olofin, confirmed that the donation has been made. OJB Jezreel was soliciting funds to enable him travel to India to undergo a kidney transplant surgery aimed at saving his life.

RMD denies N50 million fraud, my hands are clean he says



According to Sahara Reporters, star actor and current Delta State commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Richard Mofe Damijo, is at the centre of an alleged fraudulent transfer of funds which the EFCC is supposedly currently investigating. The report claimed that RMD and the acting GM of the Delta State Tourism Board, Mrs Philo Nkem Ajufo, squandered N50 million belonging to the ministry (Google the story, it's all over the net).

Chen Siyuan, a young translator from Handan, China’s Hebei province, has the incredibly ability to write with both hands atthe same time. Even more impressive is that fact that she can write vertically with one hand and horizontally with the other, or in two different languages.
In this age of technology, writing with both hands is not as valuable a skill as it once was, but that doesn’t make 24-year-old Chen Siyuan’s ability any less remarkable. This young English translator has been wowing onlookers with her amazing talent ofwriting with both hands simultaneously, in two different languages (Chinese and English).
