Living an unhealthy lifestyle can age a woman's skin by over 10 years, an in-depth international study has revealed.  The true damage caused by sun beds, smoking and deficiencies in fruit and moisturisation in accelerating the ageing process emerged following research on 585 ladies in the UK, China and Spain.

The study, published yesterday, showed the factors influencing their skin were exactly the same even considering the backgrounds and skin kind of the women involved.

His former fiance refused his repeated requests to return a $785,000 diamond engagement ring, resulting in the court case, claiming instead that he made it “abundantly clear in writing” that he wanted her to have it. (Which is a curious argument considering the fact that his lawsuit is also “abundantly clear in writing.”)

This whole lawsuit situation is so disempowering, what if, instead, a man could use it to find some empowering meaning? That only comes from elevating your mindset, refusing to squabble, and asking far better questions.

– What if he found the gratitude in the situation and remembered how blessed he was with abundance and that this “learning experience” was worth far more to him than the value of the ring?

– What if he used it to drive him to even more success and wealth because he knows he can always find a way to earn more money?

I met my husband in a fast food joint some years back, and while we were dating i never knew him to be into women before we married. We had some hiccups as in the family members including the mum did not like me as such. But we went on to fix date and got knot up.

 

After marriage, a week after, women started calling him, and at one point i decided to hide my number to call one of them, and found out that, he was into women a lot. So this now became so pronounced that most times, he does not sléep at home...

He is a military man though, and he brings women and sleéps with them in the [military] base. His friends knew all of these, and when I confront them because they knew what he is into they will just say they would talk to him.

Rumours about the signing were heightened when they pair recorded a collaboration on the DB Records compilation album ‘D’King’s Men‘ and were spotted several times hanging out together.‘It’s a rumour‘, D’banj told journalists at the DKM Industry Nite held in his hounour two weeks ago.

Olamide was however the first person to deny the news stating that he and ‘Eja Nla’ are only friends. The rapper said, in a recent interview that he and D’banj were actually in talks but a lot of ‘negative energy’ surrounded them.

Police in southern city of Chennai found scapegoats after their new patrol car is damaged.

Aljazeera.com has reported that Three goats were caught and detained by police in the southern Indian city of Chennai after they allegedly vandalised a new police patrol vehicle, the Times of India has reported.

The trio were held as “scapegoats” for the crime which reportedly involved a dozen of their tribe trampling over the car – the latest example of anti-social behaviour in the Kilpauk district of the city.

Police said the goats had a record of damaging vehicles of residents, but had “crossed the line” with an attack on a new patrol vehicle, a maroon Innova. “We got the vehicle two days ago,” said an officer on duty.

Fire guts boys hostel at Madonna University Okija campus, students injured

Last night, a room at Saint Peters boys hostel in the Okija campus of Madonna University was gutted by fire, trapping three students. One of the students, (pictured above) was badly burnt when help didn't come on time. Students in the hostel say they couldn't help on time because there was little water, no fire extinguisher, no sand and there was only one exit from the building. Students were seen trying to jump from the 4th and 5th floor of the hostel when fire engulfed the building. Thankfully no death was recorded though one student had second degree burns and is in hospital.

Students say the fire was caused by faulty electrical connections in the hostel and are blaming the school authority. See more photos after the break

46 Area Boys/Agberos begin 50 hour community service sentence

At least 46 miscreants, also known as Area Boys and Agbero, arrested by the Lagos State Taskforce on Environment and Special Offences Enforcement Unit yesterday began their 50-hour community ser-vice punishment in Oshodi area of the state based on a judgment delivered by Magistrate Jadesola Adeyemi of the Special Offences Court in Alausa.

According to the taskforce chairman, CSP Bayo Sulaiman, the miscreants would serve part of their 50-hour community service sentence by sweeping parts of the market and washing public toilets.

A 39-year-old woman, Oluwatosin Abiodun, appeared before the Agege Grade ‘A’ Customary Court, Lagos State, to seek the dissolution of her 11-year-old marriage over allegations of battery, infidelity and threat to life.

Oluwatosin, a trader who is resident at No 5, Bemil Street, Ojodu, Lagos State, informed the court that she had never enjoyed her marriage because her husband had made life unbearable for her.

She further added that her husband was unfaithful and slept with their neighbour’s wife on their matrimonial bed.

“He didn’t make love to me for eight months. After we got married, I was without an issue for five years. Life was unbearable for me throughout this period.. I developed high blood pressure in the process, but my husband felt unconcerned.

Popular actor Emeka Ike was made a sports ambassador at the Rhythm'N'Play event that held yesterday June 6th at the Velodrome of the Abuja National Stadium. Rhythm N'Play is an initiative of the Nigeria Academicals Sports Committee (NASCOM), that was inaugurated by the Minister of Sports, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, late last year. The campaign is directed at enhancing mass youth participation in sporting activities in Nigeria. President Jonathan launched the inaugural campaign yesterday, where some celebrities were made ambassadors. Emeka Ike's job is to greatly help promote grassroots sport in the country. Ice Prince and Victor Moses were also made ambassadors.

 A Tennessee man who has 22 children by 14 women is being sued in what might be one of Nashville's most expensive child support cases, according to NBC affiliate WTVF.

In an interview outside court, Orlando Shaw said he loves all of his kids and considers himself a good father -- it's just that he can't afford to pay child support.

Gawker noted that the 33-year-old appeared to have "lost count" of how many kids he has during an interview. On the whole, Shaw appeared to be both unapologetic about his circumstance and unprepared to tackle its steep financial challenges.

"I was young and ambitious, and I love women," Orlando Shaw told WTVF. "You can't knock no man for loving women."
