Nigerian Stars in War Front over Pa Kasumu's Treatment Money.



Some Nollywood stars beneath the umbrella of ANTP (Association of Nigerian Theatre Arts Practitioners) are now fighting over a whopping N600,000 donation made by a small business tycoon in Ogun State.

In accordance with Movie Moment, an anonymous business man recently donated the aforementioned sum for the treatment of ailing Yoruba actor Kayode Odumosu alias Pa Kasumu however, the donation has caused non-stop chaos among his colleagues.

Being Married To A Nigerian Is Hard Sometimes. Need Some Advice




I have been married to a Nigerian man for nearly 8 years (i am turkish but  born and bred in Belgium) and we have 2 lovely kids,   we are quite happy together and love each other very much
However i have a couple of issues with his family that lives in Nigeria, (we live in the uk)  they ask for money too much,  they rely on my husband too much for money and i just can’t take it no more

Sarz, a prolific Nigerian music producer is hardly observed in social circles, but his works speak loudly for him. He is behind most Nigerian artistes'monstrous hit songs, infact, he was hailed in Wizkid's new song Jaiyejaiye ft Femi Kuti, whose video was released few days back. Whenever Nike is mentioned, what usually comes to mind is sport, so linking Nike with music was a little bit weird however when success comes knocking.

Meet Saheela, 16-Year-Old Nigerian American Girl Among World's Brightest 50




Nigerian lady, Saheela Ibraheem, whose name has been buzzing in the headlines recently as an encouraging talent, has reserved a spot among “The World's 50 Smartest Teenagers” list.

The young child, only 16, made it to  headlines early this year when she was accepted into Harvard School, making her among the youngest student to attend that school.

Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) received a boisterous welcome from a hometown crowd in Houston, Texas on Monday, and repaid their enthusiasm with a shot at the Affordable Care Act’s troubled website launch.
 “You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become a lot less active lately,” Cruz told the crowd. “They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website.”

Naomi Campbell and billionaires hmnnm! The 43 year old model was spotted in Paris two days ago with Nigerian billionaire businessman Kola Aluko moving out to lunch.  For folks who don't know who Kola Aluko is, he's a big player in the oil and gas and aviation sector worldwide. He is the deputy CEO and leading shareholder in Seven Energy, a fat and gas firm, with HQ in Lagos and London. He is also on the advisory board of Vista Jet, a Swiss based private jet charter company. It was reported recently he flies throughout the world in their own Private Jet, while another spare jet follows at the back. Naomi Campbell don't play...:-)

Meet Dr Powerful, the Nigerian Woman who Runs 'Harvard University' from a flat in the UK




Heheh. What won't we hear ? So a Nigerian woman named Rev Dr Tina Beloveth Powerful, who runs a'Havard University' from a house in Milton Keynes, has been sued by American Havard University over trademark infringement. Dr Powerful's business school, founded in 2010, is named Havard School of Management and Technology and has been run from the city center flat in North Third Street in CMK.

Vector Tha Viper thinks (some) Nigerian rappers can do better than Jay Z in a freestyle



 
In an interview with Encomium mag this week, Nigerian rapper Vector Tha Viper said he wish to freestyle with the existing king of rap Jay Z and thinks he and other Nigerian rappers can outdo him
When asked what he tell Jay Z if he had a moment with him, Vector replied

"I will really like to freestyle with him. I hear he doesn’t write in the studio and that’s cool but somewhere in my head I’m thinking we can outdo that guy. I’d like for him to see that hip-hop for Naija no be beans.

American woman married to a Nigerian needs Help




I am an American white woman married to a Nigerian (15 yrs. and 2 children) and we want to move to Nigeria. Please give me some advice about security, places to live, schools for the kids and what life will be like. Nigerian Female Billionaire Defeats Oprah Winfrey hands down To Become Richest African Woman In The World




Move over Oprah, Nigerian oil tycoon Folorunsho Alakija is currently the richest African woman on earth by having an estimated fortune of $7.3 billion.
Africa boasts 55 billionaires – far significantly more than previously thought – and they're worth a staggering $143.88 billion as a whole, according to pan-African magazine Ventures Africa.

Starting her career as a secretary in a bank in the mid 1970s, Alakija, 62, then studied fashion in London and returned to Nigeria to take up a label, Supreme Stitches. But her biggest break came in oil.

Naomi Oni, Nigerian acid attack victim weeps with joy as her eyebrows are restored (Photos)



Naomi Oni, 21, had acid hurled over her face, head and body as she made her way home to Dagenham after her shift at Westfield's Victoria's Secret store last December. 
The acid burned off the skin on her face and scalp and left her temporarily blinded. She lost her eyelids, eyebrows and some of her hair in the assault.
Since then, surgeons have painstakingly rebuilt her features including taking skin from the back of her ear to make new eyelids for her. But her eyebrows remained permanently damaged

Famous Nigeria’s beauty queen Nike Oshinowo has welcomed her newborn babies, a set of twins!  She was said to have welcomed the babies via a gestational surrogate  in the United States of America.  The identity of the twins' father has not been revealed yet as Nike and her husband Dr. Tunde Soleye ended their marriage some months ago.  ''Nike has been open about her long-term battle with endometriosis – the gynaecological condition which can cause severe pain and infertility. International celebrities including Giuliana & Bill Rancic, Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban, Sarah Jessica Parker & Matthew Broderick have all welcomed children via Gestational carriers.
